Return & Refund Policy

At CHARISM BRANDED, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

To request a return, please contact nehemiahfaith.r@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for your return. Returns sent without first contacting CHARISM BRANDED may not be accepted.

Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned according to the instructions provided by CHARISM BRANDED.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, including the $10.95 flat-rate shipping fee where applicable, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping on purchases of $55 or more will not be retroactively charged the $10.95 shipping fee solely because a return reduces the value of the merchandise kept below the free-shipping threshold.

Return Abuse

CHARISM BRANDED reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy or show signs of excessive wear, alteration, misuse, or fraudulent return activity.
