We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If CHARISM BRANDED cancels an order after payment has been processed, any amount owed back to the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Certain CHARISM BRANDED products are created after an order is placed.

Because these products require production before shipment, processing and delivery times may differ from our stocked merchandise. Made-to-order products may also ship separately from other products within the same order.

Return and exchange eligibility for made-to-order merchandise is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any additional conditions disclosed on the applicable product page.

6. Shipping and Delivery

CHARISM BRANDED currently ships within the United States.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal under $55 are subject to a $10.95 flat-rate shipping fee. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

The $55 free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping times may be affected by carriers, production partners, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of CHARISM BRANDED.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged merchandise, incorrect orders, and final-sale merchandise are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, and usage limits.
